Okay Joe, I think I could use your help.

When old habits, fears or stress keep pulling you back, Joe helps you get to the root of it and find your direction again.

Joe Hammer, personal and mindset coach in Scottsdale, Arizona

Does this sound familiar?

Most people who reach out to Joe have already tried hard to change. Here’s what they usually tell him first.

The same habits keep coming back. You’ve tried books, seminars and New Year’s resolutions, and the old pattern still wins.

Fear is making choices for you.Fears, phobias or anxieties keep you from saying yes to the things you want.

Stress follows you home.Pressure at work spills into your evenings, your sleep and the people closest to you.

Your inner critic is the loudest voice in the room.Harsh self-talk undercuts your confidence before you even start.

You’re not sure which way to go.You know something needs to change, but you can’t yet see what it is or where to begin.

None of this means something is wrong with you. Usually it means an old pattern is still running in the background, and patterns can change.

Heart-centered, and practical

Joe doesn’t hand you a script or a pep talk. He listens first, treats you with respect and helps you understand why you react the way you do.

Before he coached business owners, Joe ran a hypnotherapy practice, and he has spent decades studying how the unconscious mind holds on to old events, habits and beliefs.

We go to the root.Surface fixes fade. Together you’ll look at where a pattern started and what keeps it running, so the change can last.

You set the pace.Nothing is forced. You decide what to share and how far to go, and every session starts where you are that day.

You leave with direction. Each conversation ends with something practical to try, so progress shows up in your daily life, not only in the session.

Common questions

Honest answers to what people ask before reaching out.

No. Joe’s personal coaching isn’t therapy or medical treatment, and it isn’t a substitute for care from a doctor or licensed mental health professional. Coaching can work alongside that care. If you’re in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, please call or text 988 (in the US) or call 911 right away.
No. Personal coaching is for anyone who wants to change a habit, ease a fear or find their direction. Many of Joe’s clients do own businesses, because what happens in your head shows up at work too, but it isn’t a requirement.
Sessions are one-on-one, in person in Scottsdale, Arizona, by video call or by phone. How many you have and how often is something you and Joe decide together after your first conversation.
Whatever you’re comfortable with. It helps to describe what’s going on, how long it has been happening and what you’ve already tried. The more Joe understands, the more useful your first call will be.
Your message goes only to Joe, and he treats everything you share with care and discretion.
Either works. The Unconscious Authority is a good way to understand how patterns form and to begin on your own. If you’d rather have someone in your corner from the start, reach out to Joe.
