Usually it's the site, not the server
We take great pride in our servers’ 99.9% uptime. When there’s a glitch, it’s most often the site itself. Most of the sites we host run on WordPress, which has a lot of moving parts, and plugins (add-ons that give a site new features without custom code) can get cranky after a WordPress update.
That’s what usually causes the dreaded “There has been a critical error on your website” message. It’s not as fatal as it sounds, and it’s exactly what we’re here to fix.
